Using the zip or rar file 1.Download npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1
2.Extract npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npitunes.dll 1.0.1.1 and press Enter.
