Using the zip or rar file
1.Download npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1
2.Extract npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npstm32.dll 0501.0077.5.1 and press Enter.
