Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491
2.Extract ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ntvdm64.dll 6.1.7600.16491 and press Enter.
