Using the zip or rar file
1.Download P16X.dll 1.0.0.13
2.Extract P16X.dll 1.0.0.13 from .zip. We recommend that you extract P16X.dll 1.0.0.13 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting P16X.dll 1.0.0.13.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract P16X.dll 1.0.0.13 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place P16X.dll 1.0.0.13 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 P16X.dll 1.0.0.13 and press Enter.
