Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02
2.Extract PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02 from .zip. We recommend that you extract PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PEObj.dll 4,0,0,02 and press Enter.
