Using the zip or rar file
1.Download passport.dll 11.00.07162
2.Extract passport.dll 11.00.07162 from .zip. We recommend that you extract passport.dll 11.00.07162 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting passport.dll 11.00.07162.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract passport.dll 11.00.07162 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place passport.dll 11.00.07162 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 passport.dll 11.00.07162 and press Enter.
