Using the zip or rar file
1.Download P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103
2.Extract P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103 from .zip. We recommend that you extract P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 P16Xres.dll 5.12.0103 and press Enter.
