Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PCLEScheduler034.dll
2.Extract PCLEScheduler034.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract PCLEScheduler034.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PCLEScheduler034.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PCLEScheduler034.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PCLEScheduler034.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PCLEScheduler034.dll and press Enter.
