Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PHATCAT.DLL
2.Extract PHATCAT.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract PHATCAT.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PHATCAT.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PHATCAT.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PHATCAT.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PHATCAT.DLL and press Enter.
