Using the zip or rar file
1.Download POP3API.DLL
2.Extract POP3API.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract POP3API.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting POP3API.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract POP3API.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place POP3API.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 POP3API.DLL and press Enter.
