Using the zip or rar file
1.Download POP3Util.dll
2.Extract POP3Util.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract POP3Util.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting POP3Util.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract POP3Util.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place POP3Util.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 POP3Util.dll and press Enter.
