Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Patcher.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
