Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16
2.Extract PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16 from .zip. We recommend that you extract PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PbkInstall.dll 1,0,0,16 and press Enter.
