Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PdbBuilder.dll
2.Extract PdbBuilder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract PdbBuilder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PdbBuilder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PdbBuilder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PdbBuilder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PdbBuilder.dll and press Enter.
