Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PdpPlugin5093.dll
2.Extract PdpPlugin5093.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract PdpPlugin5093.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PdpPlugin5093.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PdpPlugin5093.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PdpPlugin5093.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PdpPlugin5093.dll and press Enter.
