Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196
2.Extract PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196 from .zip. We recommend that you extract PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PluginPing.dll 8.0.0 8.0r196 and press Enter.
