Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PrPgf2n.dll 2.01
2.Extract PrPgf2n.dll 2.01 from .zip. We recommend that you extract PrPgf2n.dll 2.01 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PrPgf2n.dll 2.01.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PrPgf2n.dll 2.01 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PrPgf2n.dll 2.01 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PrPgf2n.dll 2.01 and press Enter.
