Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Psut9532.dll 3.0.42
2.Extract Psut9532.dll 3.0.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Psut9532.dll 3.0.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Psut9532.dll 3.0.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Psut9532.dll 3.0.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Psut9532.dll 3.0.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Psut9532.dll 3.0.42 and press Enter.
