Using the zip or rar file
1.Download PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l
2.Extract PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l from .zip. We recommend that you extract PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l to the installation directory of the program that is requesting PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 PtPlatform.dll 2.0.0.0l and press Enter.
