Using the zip or rar file
1.Download packager.dll 6.0.6000
2.Extract packager.dll 6.0.6000 from .zip. We recommend that you extract packager.dll 6.0.6000 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting packager.dll 6.0.6000.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract packager.dll 6.0.6000 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place packager.dll 6.0.6000 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 packager.dll 6.0.6000 and press Enter.
