Using the zip or rar file
1.Download padrs411.dll 8.1.3124.0
2.Extract padrs411.dll 8.1.3124.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract padrs411.dll 8.1.3124.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting padrs411.dll 8.1.3124.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract padrs411.dll 8.1.3124.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place padrs411.dll 8.1.3124.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
