Using the zip or rar file
1.Download padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0
2.Extract padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 padrs412.dll 6.1.2600.0 and press Enter.
