Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pcm3log.dll
2.Extract pcm3log.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract pcm3log.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pcm3log.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pcm3log.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pcm3log.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pcm3log.dll and press Enter.
