Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115
2.Extract pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115 from .zip. We recommend that you extract pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pd1util.dll 1.0.0.2115 and press Enter.
