Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pfltdgn.dll
2.Extract pfltdgn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract pfltdgn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pfltdgn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pfltdgn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pfltdgn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pfltdgn.dll and press Enter.
