Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012
2.Extract pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012 from .zip. We recommend that you extract pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pgcntl32.dll 9.00.0012 and press Enter.
