Using the zip or rar file
1.Download photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115
2.Extract photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115 from .zip. We recommend that you extract photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 photintl.dll 1.0.0.2115 and press Enter.
