Using the zip or rar file
1.Download php4nsapi.dll
2.Extract php4nsapi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract php4nsapi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting php4nsapi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract php4nsapi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place php4nsapi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 php4nsapi.dll and press Enter.
