Using the zip or rar file
1.Download phpsrvlt.dll
2.Extract phpsrvlt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract phpsrvlt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting phpsrvlt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract phpsrvlt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place phpsrvlt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 phpsrvlt.dll and press Enter.
