Using the zip or rar file
1.Download piccs.dll
2.Extract piccs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract piccs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting piccs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract piccs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place piccs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 piccs.dll and press Enter.
