Using the zip or rar file
1.Download picsc.dll
2.Extract picsc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract picsc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting picsc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract picsc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place picsc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 picsc.dll and press Enter.
