Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pixthk32.dll 1.13
2.Extract pixthk32.dll 1.13 from .zip. We recommend that you extract pixthk32.dll 1.13 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pixthk32.dll 1.13.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pixthk32.dll 1.13 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pixthk32.dll 1.13 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pixthk32.dll 1.13 and press Enter.
