Using the zip or rar file
1.Download plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190
2.Extract plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190 from .zip. We recommend that you extract plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 plugdll.dll 1,0,0,190 and press Enter.
