Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166
2.Extract pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166 from .zip. We recommend that you extract pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pnen3240.dll 4.0.20.166 and press Enter.
