Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263
2.Extract pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263 from .zip. We recommend that you extract pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pnui3240.dll 4.0.20.263 and press Enter.
