Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pop3snap.dll
2.Extract pop3snap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract pop3snap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pop3snap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pop3snap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pop3snap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pop3snap.dll and press Enter.
