Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ppintl.dll 9.0.2701
2.Extract ppintl.dll 9.0.2701 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ppintl.dll 9.0.2701 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ppintl.dll 9.0.2701.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ppintl.dll 9.0.2701 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ppintl.dll 9.0.2701 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ppintl.dll 9.0.2701 and press Enter.
