Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2
2.Extract pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pstorerc.dll 5.00.2133.2 and press Enter.
