Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ptzipw32.dll 5.48.00.00
2.Extract ptzipw32.dll 5.48.00.00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ptzipw32.dll 5.48.00.00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ptzipw32.dll 5.48.00.00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ptzipw32.dll 5.48.00.00 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ptzipw32.dll 5.48.00.00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
