Using the zip or rar file
1.Download SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL
2.Extract SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 SACOMMONCONTROLS.DLL and press Enter.
