Using the zip or rar file
1.Download s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0
2.Extract s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 s32live1.dll 1.62.17.0 and press Enter.
