Using the zip or rar file 1.Download smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 smb0w.dll 5.1.3505.0 and press Enter.
