Using the zip or rar file
1.Download SAVRT32.DLL 9.0
2.Extract SAVRT32.DLL 9.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract SAVRT32.DLL 9.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting SAVRT32.DLL 9.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract SAVRT32.DLL 9.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place SAVRT32.DLL 9.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 SAVRT32.DLL 9.0 and press Enter.
