Using the zip or rar file 1.Download STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523
2.Extract STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523 from .zip. We recommend that you extract STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 STSUPLD.DLL 11.0.5523 and press Enter.
