Using the zip or rar file 1.Download StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482
2.Extract StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482 from .zip. We recommend that you extract StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 StartUp0.dll 5.0.0.482 and press Enter.
