Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0
2.Extract Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Sy84132.dll 1.0.2817.0 and press Enter.
