Using the zip or rar file
1.Download s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010
2.Extract s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010 from .zip. We recommend that you extract s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 s3nb.dll 5.12.1.1010 and press Enter.
