Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sbcht16.dll
2.Extract sbcht16.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sbcht16.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sbcht16.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sbcht16.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sbcht16.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sbcht16.dll and press Enter.
