Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sbplk16.dll
2.Extract sbplk16.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sbplk16.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sbplk16.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sbplk16.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sbplk16.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sbplk16.dll and press Enter.
