Using the zip or rar file
1.Download sc{137.216}.dll
2.Extract sc{137.216}.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract sc{137.216}.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting sc{137.216}.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract sc{137.216}.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place sc{137.216}.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 sc{137.216}.dll and press Enter.
